Working hand-in-hand with the Area Manager, you'll give operational cues to the team, ensuring quality, safety, and a whole lot of excitement. Your mission? Complete control! Managing your colleagues and contributing to our formula for success, including administrative wizardry. In short, you're the irreplaceable link for a flawless operation and an unmatched guest experience!Your diverse role includes:
- Service Excellence: Ensuring the operational procedures are carried out to the finest detail and lending a hand during peak times, keeping our guests happy, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
- Duty Management: Handling operational tasks like a pro.
- Ordering & Inventory Management: Keeping our stock in check and costs under control.
- Yield Management: Getting creative with our pricing strategies and contribute to commercial meetings where you are not afraid to share creative ideas
- Sales Support: Working with the sales team to keep our corporate clients happy and to get new leads.
- Administration: Keeping the paperwork in line and take part in the monthly business reviews with HQ.
- Policy & Procedure: Making sure information flows smoothly and optimizing our operations.
- People Management: From scheduling to coaching, you'll keep our team firing on all cylinders.
- Housekeeping: Keeping an eye on cleanliness standards and supporting our housekeeping crew.

Job Requirements
What Do You Need?
- Diploma: Degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role where you have managed a team;
- You need to be an inspiring leader;
- Language: Fluent in Dutch and English.
