About the vacancy:

The Office Manager will provide support to the Global Innovation and Support Center Breda on administrative level by handling a variety of services and tasks within established guidelines, procedures, and regulations.

What will you do?

  • Manage the reception desk during office hours.
  • Greet visitors and ensures their registration.
  • Take phone calls.
  • Ensure proper inventory execution and timely requisition of office/pantry supplies.
  • Collect, register and distribute incoming post (regular mail and courier parcels).
  • Collect and ships outgoing post.
  • Manage conference room bookings.
  • Manage the general company inboxes (, ).
  • Coordinate office suppliers like cleaning, catering etc.
  • First point of contact for standard facility matters.
  • Handle travel related matters such as airline tickets, hotels and taxis.
  • In the event of an emergency, you are the coordinator of evacuation and emergency response.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

  • MBO education
  • 2 to 4 years relevant working experience for this role
  • BHV certificate is a plus
  • Accountability & Integrity
  • Outstanding Teamwork & Communication skills
  • Service oriented
  • Proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English, any additional European language is a plus
