• Develop reproducible and maintainable test methods for various systems.
• Design and execute functional and non-functional tests in the lab.
• Analyze and post-process test results using statistical techniques.
• Coordinate reliability tests and hands-on measuring system analysis.
• Write test specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Provide training on testing methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in R&D or mechanical test development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mechanical test laboratory, including designing and executing test methods.
• Proficient in MSA methodology, test method validation, and statistical data analysis.
• Experience in creating high-quality technical documentation.

• Competitive salary range: €4,000 - €5,700 gross per month, depending on experience.
