As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our system engineering group, focusing on precision mechanics. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the complete industrialization process of new or modified mechanical modules in the EBPG system
Ensuring optimal manufacturability and impeccable product quality
Creating and maintaining detailed mechanical technical documentation
Assessing and addressing technical risks during production
Analyzing and implementing strategies for required functionality and prototyping
Managing project deliverables and coordinating tasks
Handling communication and progress reporting for projects
Contributing to initiatives for structural and process efficiency improvements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional experience, with practical expertise in manufacturability
Broad technical curiosity beyond mechanical engineering; knowledge of vacuum technology, high voltage, and precision mechanics is a plus
Ownership, pragmatism, and a hands-on approach with proven project-based work proficiency
Creativity, strong communication skills, and analytical capabilities
Self-driven and adaptable to dynamic environments
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
