With over 1,400 employees, we operate 10 manufacturing locations and 13 service locations across North and South America, France, England, and the Netherlands. Our headquarters is located in Roosendaal.

As a mechanic at Oxbo, you will be involved in building some of the largest and most impressive agricultural machines. Each machine is unique, which means no two days are the same. • Minimum MBO level 2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Ability to independently assemble components using technical drawings
• Skilled, precise, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in Dutch (important for workplace safety)

• Salary in accordance with the Metalektro CAO, based on experience and age
• A position at a friendly and stable company in a growing market
• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• 27 vacation days and 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days for full-time employment
• Plenty of opportunities for growth through courses and training, with the potential to advance to Senior Mechanic or Service Technician
