Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized in project support for the (petro) chemical, IT and maritime industry. We provide expertise in the field of Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction and Safety.

Functieomschrijving

As a Materials Specialist you provide technical support to asset owners and the inspection department.
In this role you are a valuable contributor regarding reliability, integrity, and safety of our process installations regarding material choices and prevention of failure mechanisms.

Responsibilities.

 Perform examinations and failure analysis for the Terneuzen facilities and document findings in a report.  Participate in root cause investigations with regards to fixed asset equipment damage.  Job scope/package evaluations regarding the choice of materials.  Participate in RBI corrosion study assessments and FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) of different pressurized equipment.  Participate in capital projects with focus on materials selection  Perform audits on contractor companies.

Functie-eisen
 Education / HBO + International Welding diploma (big plus)  Certificate / VCA VOL  Languages / English (must) + Dutch (pre, not fluent)  Work experience / 10 years from which 3 till 5 year field of expertise
