Job Description
What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-dayAs our new Marketing Executive, you are assisting the Marketing & PR Manager who is responsible for expanding and maintaining the brand awareness and brand presence of Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. You will assist in developing marketing and communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and increase sales in the F&B outlets and Spa. In addition, you will learn more about marketing and assist in managing monthly projects.

Your main responsibilities will be;
  •          Design different collaterals and marketing materials following the brand's guidelines to promote the hotel services and most importantly F&B outlets and Spa (Digital and Print);
  •          Plan, organize and manage monthly photography and video shoots on property, liaison with operational departments during the shoot;
  •          Create photography/video materials and manage content for our hotel, local newsletters and assist with social media accounts;
  •          Manage the outlet's websites on a substantive level through a CMS;
  •          Upkeep of media data base image library as per the brand's naming guidelines;
  •          Write and edit texts for paid, owned and earned media;
  •          Supervise the Marketing Intern and follow up on their daily projects and deadlines;
  •          Social media monitoring with the team – including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others - comments and messages need to be monitored within maximum 2-3 hours;
  •          Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on our product and service offerings, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends in order to provide monthly updates on market intelligence including competitor activity, destination events, and changes in destination.

  • Job Requirements
    What we wish you will bring with you
  •          A degree in Hospitality, Marketing & Communications or Digital Media;
  •          Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a Design, Marketing or e-Commerce role - work experience in a luxury hotel is a plus;
  •          Goal-oriented work approach, excellent interpersonal skills and creative thinker - passion for storytelling;
  •          Excellent Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
  •          Photography and video shooting/editing skills;
  •          Good administration skills and knowledge of Windows Suite of programmes;
  •          Excellent communication and writing skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus;
  •          Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools and best practices;
  •          Ability to perform multitasking while handling with various assignments;
  •          Enthusiastic to adjust practices according to changes while having a strong growth mindset;
  •          Ability to work under pressured environments.
