As a Manufacturing Engineer NPI, you'll contribute DfX input and collaborate closely with internal and external development teams. You'll ensure the technical aspects are documented and secured through the Product Generation Process (PGP), organize and lead review meetings with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and achieve release milestones, and provide technical support to production preparation and assembly during prototype and pilot production phases.

• Technical Bachelor's degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably experience in industrial manufacturing and engineering projects within high-tech machinery.
• Strong customer-oriented and communication skills (in Dutch and English).
• Knowledge of production system development.
• Familiarity with process control in production environments: process flow, PFMEA, control plan, etc.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and driven to tackle challenges.
• Proactive with a decisive attitude.

• Competitive salary ranging from €3,800.00 to €5,500.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
