We are looking for a maintenance technician for € 3.500 - € 4.000 in three shifts (including 28,5% shift allowance), who wants to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of the production processes.
As a maintenance technician, your primary goal is to ensure optimal equipment performance by conducting preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. You’ll develop and implement maintenance schedules, perform regular inspections, and replace worn components to prevent breakdowns.
When malfunctions occur, you’ll quickly diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs, and collaborate with suppliers to source replacement parts. By using advanced diagnostic tools, you’ll anticipate potential failures and apply preventive measures based on data-driven insights.
In addition to hands-on tasks, you’ll ensure safety and compliance, performing routine safety checks and adhering to strict regulations. Accurate documentation is key in this role; you’ll maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
You’ll also take ownership of managing spare parts inventory, ensuring parts are correctly ordered, stored, and accounted for.
