A Day as a Press Operator 

You start the day with a brief meeting. Afterward, you get to work setting up your machine. You ensure everything runs smoothly—any malfunctions are quickly resolved by you. Meanwhile, it's also your job to saw and palletize sand-lime bricks. Quality is paramount, so you regularly perform checks to ensure that all our products meet the high standards. Whether you're solving problems or tidying up at the end of your shift, every step contributes to a smooth process. After a productive day, you'll go home feeling accomplished.What you will do:Sawing and palletizing pressed sand-lime bricks and making adjustments where necessary;Setting up and operating machines and installations;Performing quality checks to maintain our high standards;Analyzing and resolving malfunctions to keep the process running smoothly;Ensuring a clean and organized work environment by tidying up and cleaning.

• Minimum age of 18 at the start
• At least MBO 2 level or equivalent, diploma not required
• Own transportation (public transport not possible)
• Precise and accurate working methods
• Willing to work in a three-shift system, with hours from 7:00 to 15:00 (day shift), 15:00 to 23:00 (afternoon shift), and 23:00 to 7:00 (night shift)
• Able to work safely
• No issues working in a dusty environment
• Forklift certificate (not required but preferred)
• Speaks Dutch, English, or German

• A competitive salary (€16,72 gross per hour)
• Three-shift schedule with shift allowances according to the collective labor agreement
