Working Hours
In this fulltime position you will rotate between two shifts from Monday to Friday starting from: 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM until 11:00 PM.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Logistics Team Leader for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
As a logistics team lead, you and your team ensure the achievement of all KPIs. You actively participate, and will be closely monitoring the smooth flow of work processes.
Among your responsibilities are:
- Supervising compliance with work instructions and processes
- Identifying and reporting malfunctions to the Maintenance department
- Developing structural solutions to issues in the work process in collaboration with the supervisor
- Conducting PDC (Performance, Development, and Career) discussions in close coordination with the supervisor
- Acting as an emergency response officer and leading during assigned shifts
This is what you get
- Gross salary ranging from €16.- to €20.- per hour
- 7.5% shift allowance for every worked hour
- 13th-month bonus, a reward for achieving team objectives (3% of the gross annual salary)

Functie-eisen
- Minimum mbo 3 diploma, preferably in logistics
- At least three years of work experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or another logistics work environment
- Proficiency in working with SAP and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication and documentation in these languages
- Availability for 40 hours per week and willingness to work in shifts
Additionally, you should be capable of leading small improvement projects using BSCI lean essential tools.
