Our client is an internationally leading company in optical products, active in over 150 countries. As a Logistics Supervisor, you’ll work in the warehouse where mainly contact lenses are stored and processed.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you coordinate and organize the inbound and outbound processes within the fulfillment center. You lead a team of approximately 15 employees and are responsible for planning, guidance, and coaching. You monitor progress, quality, and the achievement of KPIs, and intervene when issues or escalations arise. Additionally, you actively contribute to the leadership team and help translate operational plans into action.

You work in a 2-shift system (from 07:00 to 15:30 and from 15:30 to 00:00) in a dynamic environment that operates seven days a week. Safety, order, and efficiency are central to your daily work.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you recognize yourself in the following job requirements:

• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system;  
• You can work accurately in a calm and clean environment;
• You have experience in logistics;
• You speak English fluently.
