Logistics Coördinator (Shipping)

As the Logistics Coördinator you will be planning and monitoring national and international transport for our broad orginazation. 

The Logistics Coordinator has a key role in our Shipping department, which is handling all the shipyard's units. Within this role you will be:

• Organizing and managing import and export transports for spare parts and aftermarket, including the provision of related documents in time (forms for international customs, invoices, packing lists and receipts), 
• May also include coordinating complex transport for project cargo liaising with various parties.
• Advise on logistics aspects of tenders, L/C’s commercial agreements or complex logistics solutions

Your profile matches

• A medior up to high level of education (MBO>).
• Several years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of international transport, (complex) shipments, related documents, formalities, customs procedures and legal requirements.
• Keeping a helicopter view when working on a large variety of projects and orders
• Taking initiatives and come up with ideas to improve processes, in an advisory role
• Proactive / hands-on
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.

We offer an exciting role within a leading maritime company. This comes with a salary ranging from €3300 to €4000 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
