Partnered with a leading provider of cutting and measuring solutions for professionals and hobbyists, we are looking for a proactive individual to join their team as Logistics and Sales Support, based in Hoofddorp.

As Logistics and Sales Support, you will play an integral role to ensuring smooth company operations, coordinating logistics, and assisting with sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask while maintaining excellent communication with partners, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Inventory management, placing orders with suppliers and track shipments.
• Provide shipping instructions to the warehouse.
• Handle invoicing processes.
• Function as the first point of contact for distributors, clients, employees and customers.
• Respond to queries from managers and employees.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports and presentations, including expense reports to external accounting company.
• Keep accurate employee records (both digital and physical).
• Maintain and update the internal database.
• Assist with events such as training sessions, open houses, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct technical training either in-office or on-site.
• Occasionally travel for business trips as required.

Requirements:

• Experience with Exact (Accounting Software) and Magento (Logistics Software).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Completed secondary education in a related field (Logistics, BA, Finance, Mathematics etc.)
• Embracing an on-site working environment.
