Our client is a company that provides technology and services for buildings. They produce systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, and fire protection. It is an American company, founded in 1885, and they operate globally. They help make buildings more efficient and sustainable and also manufacture car batteries. The facility in Echt is a logistics center.

You will work in a team of more than 20 people, under the supervision of a team leader and a supervisor. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The location is easily accessible from: Sittard-Geleen, Weert, Brunssum, Echt-Susteren, and Stein.

For a client in Echt, we are seeking a logistics worker for the day shift. In this role as an outbound logistics employee, you and your team will be in charge of ensuring accurate package shipments.

Your responsibilities will include gathering orders and getting them ready for dispatch. This involves packing the items and attaching the appropriate carrier labels. The majority of order picking is done manually. If you have experience with an electric pallet truck (EPT), forklift, or reach truck, it's a plus, but not essential, as these tools are only used occasionally.

Your duties will consist of:

• Picking orders from a paper list and preparing them for shipping;
• Securing pallets for safe delivery to customers;
• Conducting quality inspections on products before they are shipped.

This is a dynamic warehouse position where you’ll be actively engaged throughout the day, with many opportunities for growth and skill development.

• You are available full-time (38 hours), from Monday to Friday;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language;
• Possession of a forklift, reach truck, or EPT certificate is an advantage.

• We offer a starting salary of €15.48 gross per hour, depending on your experience and expertise;
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 30 kilometers one way;
