About the vacancy
Due to its continuous growth NewCold is looking to expand the IT Department with a new colleague who will be responsible for design and build our organization's future Linux-based infrastructure. Your skills to design Linux server-based technologies with redundancy, security, auditability and reliability are key for this role.
Creating a migration roadmap towards future hybrid technologies is a second nature for this role. We expect in-depth knowledge of: Scripting, Automation, and Linux based related technologies such as Progress (Open Edge), Red Hat, and Rocky. Proven knowledge of Ansible, Progress Chef or Puppet is an absolute requirement for this role.
Your designs need to be seamlessly incorporated into our overall technology stack which contains state of the art networking (Cisco based) and Microsoft (Cloud and Hybrid) based services.
