As a courier at DHL, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe package delivery to our customers. You'll tackle challenges such as navigating Utrecht's streets, handling heavy parcels, and maintaining exceptional customer service. We're on the lookout for someone with a B driving license, a customer-oriented approach, and the physical ability to manage packages up to 30 kg. Your day begins around 8 a.m. and ends when the last package is deliverd before 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Navigation: plan and navigate your own routes through Utrecht and the surrounding areas.
• Delivery: ensure the safe delivery of 50 to 80 packages daily to our customers.
• Customer interaction: provide a positive experience and engage in friendly conversations with customers.
• Loading: load your vehicle with care, handling packages that can weigh up to 30 kg.
• Efficiency: manage your time and routes to complete all deliveries before 5:30 PM.

• Driving license B and 1 year of driving experience
• Experience as a courier, driver, or parcel deliverer
• Availability for at least 3 days (24 hours) per week
• Customer focus and ability to lift packages up to 30 kg
• Good command of Dutch or English language
