Vacature Klantenservice Specialist Wegtransport in Dordrecht

From our warehouse in Dordrecht, we provide storage and distribution services for our international customers. To ensure smooth operations, we are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative. You'll be responsible for handling customer orders and working closely with warehouse colleagues to provide excellent service.

By being familiar with customer products and working closely with the warehouse team, you'll manage inventory and meticulously process incoming orders in our systems (Cargowise and WMS). You'll ensure your colleagues in the warehouse are prepared for shipment processing, and you'll have all necessary transport documents ready for both domestic and international distribution. Your contribution is key to maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders, handle transport documentation, manage inventory, and complete invoicing.
• Organize transport for outgoing and incoming deliveries, coordinating with internal departments and external carriers.
• Support warehouse colleagues with instructions for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Resolve customer issues related to inventory discrepancies or damages in a customer-focused manner.

The Team: You will join a dynamic team of about 16 colleagues, split between the office and the warehouse. Start your day between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on coordination with your team.

Your Profile:

• Motivation and a strong work ethic are more important than formal education.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations is a plus.
