Badhotel Bruin has been the leading hotel on Vlieland since 1874! With over 151 years of history, it is the oldest hotel on the island. Located in the main street, surrounded by boutiques and cozy terraces, it’s the perfect place to fully enjoy the beauty of Vlieland! 🌊

👩‍🍳 Your Team

Our team consists of young, enthusiastic, and talented chefs who share their passion for cooking every day! Our guests are culinary explorers who specifically come to Vlieland to enjoy our delicious cuisine. Restaurant Bravoure is known as the pioneer on the island, with a menu that delights both pescatarians and meat lovers! 🥩🐟

🍳 Your Tasks

At Bravoure, you will have complete culinary freedom! You will be challenged to surprise our guests with your culinary expertise and to keep our menu exciting and interesting. You will work exclusively with the highest quality ingredients and strive for excellence with an eye for detail, knowledge of various cuisines, and above all - creativity! 🌈

✅ Your Experience

• A degree from a recognized culinary school with 3-5 years of experience as a chef
• Enthusiasm and creativity are a must!
• A passion for exceeding our guests’ expectations
• Extensive knowledge of food trends, innovations, and cooking methods
• Thorough knowledge of hygiene standards and health & safety
• Up-to-date knowledge of culinary developments
• You love working with complete creative freedom and applying your personal touch
• A team player who functions well in a diverse environment
• You enjoy working with a close-knit team and a restaurant full of returning guests!
