We are looking for ISECG Outreach Support to join the Octagon Professionals projects team at the European Space Agency (ESA) in Noordwijk (ESTEC). This role will support the Directorate of Human and Robotic Exploration at ESA, with responsibilities in both Noordwijk, The Netherlands, and Cologne, Germany. The purpose of this service is to assist HRE-FS in defining, planning, and executing internal and external communication and outreach activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Support the ISECG community management and ISECG outreach/communication:
- Develop and maintain the ISECG visual identity;
- Produce ISECG web news;
- Support the preparation of the ISECG Annual Report;
- Maintain the ISECG Membership List;
- Support hosting the ISECG public website and implement updates and content updates (e.g., news items, documents and publications) after endorsement by ISECG, recommending, when feasible, improvements to the website.
Participation in ISECG and working group meetings as relevant to ensure regular opportunities for exchange, discussion and consultation, in particular:
- Support the organisation of monthly ISECG and SCWG teleconferences;
- Provide administrative support to ISECG-level and SAM-level meetings on request, in close coordination with the ESA main representative to ISECG.
Job Requirements:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience;
- Highly proficient in communication means and social media;
- Professional trainings in relevant subjects are an asset;
- Customer orientated;
- Teamwork attitude;
- Diplomatic and political sensibility;
- Understanding of international environments;
- Autonomy in delivery;
- Proactive attitude;
- Open to flexible working hours;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
