This hotel can be your new luxury home in Amsterdam! What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the arrival and departure processes for all guests and other related tasks.
- Providing information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner to guests in person, on the phone, online, etc.
- Handling all administrative tasks.
- Spreading smiles and good vibes to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
- Ensuring all telephone calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
- Managing in-house guest accounts and ensuring the accuracy of guest billing.
We Offer:
- Full-time internship for at least 4 up to 10 months
- Salary 750 euro
- Working shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00.
