Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned to you.
Oversee site administration, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule, at the required quality level, and within budget.
Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project, liaising with management, the customer, and the team.
Coordinate contractors before and during the execution of work, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
Assess risks and opportunities at the construction site, considering economic, organizational, and contractual aspects.
Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, laws, quality, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
Lead a team of qualified employees, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project goals.
Functie-eisen
HBO qualification in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
Alternatively, vocational education in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Strong track record of professional experience working with electrical equipment.
Ideally, experience working in an international or intercultural context.
Willingness to work on projects abroad for extended periods (3 weeks on-site, 1 week at home).
Business-fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
Possession of a valid EU passport.
Valid driver’s license (category B).
