Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Inside Sales Opportunity Representative for a company in Amsterdam.

As an Inside Sales Opportunity Representative you will perform the following working activities:  
  • Catching inbound and net new qualified leads
  • Owning opportunity, validation, and pipeline progression
  • Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients for handoff to close sales cycles
  • Coaching and collaborating sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team
  • Establish robust pipeline within the client CRM and maintain accurate data
  • Generate sales strategies for opportunities
  • Create content for training purposes
  • Work with client business segments handling medium to enterprise opportunities
  • Work on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers

Functie-eisen
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales or lead generation
  • Availability of 36 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English (minimum level C1 required for both written and spoken communication due to job duties)
  • German native or near-native proficiency (minimum level C1 required due to job duties)
  • Minimum of one year of Account Management experience

You would be an ideal candidate if you possess metrics-based sales experience, focusing on performance, quota attainment, and promotion. Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud-based technology industry is highly desirable, as is experience in technology sales. Previous experience in inside sales, delivering group presentations, and a commitment to in-depth, structured sales approaches are also advantageous.
