As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Precision measurement to determine the correct location and position of equipment, ensuring accurate assembly.
Construction techniques such as welding, bolting, riveting, or adhesive application, selecting the most suitable method for each specific situation.
Material knowledge including metals, plastics, or composite materials, understanding how to securely fasten them.
Adherence to standards and regulations such as safety protocols, load standards, and other relevant guidelines to ensure installations meet required standards.
Familiarity with attachment methods specific to trucks and trailers, such as frame attachments, suspension systems, or attachment of body components.
Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation and instructions.
Understanding of electrical connections and integrating electrical circuits with the vehicle.
Vehicle technology knowledge including braking systems, electronics, and communication systems.
Understanding or willingness to develop understanding of hydraulic systems, including principles of pressure, flow, valves, pumps, cylinders, and hoses.
Functie-eisen
Minimum of a vocational degree (level 3), preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Basic understanding of electrical systems.
Welding, MIG/MAG level 2 is advantageous.
Familiarity with NEN 3140 standards is advantageous.
