- Acting as an expert on Diesel and Powertrain Technology.
- Involvement in the development and optimization of Diesel + Hybrid concepts.
- Coordinating with other departments to optimize the powertrain.
- Optimizing and developing calibration and control strategies for future powertrains.
- Coordinating engine test and simulation activities within Concept Development.
- Documenting and analyzing test results, tool usage, and potential improvements.
- Collaborating in project teams.
- Taking initiative to constantly improve tools and processes.
Functie-eisenBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Controls, or Mechanical Engineering.
Expert in (Diesel/Hybrid) Powertrain Development, Thermodynamics, Combustion, and/or Control Engineering.
- Defining and developing new engine concepts.
- Data acquisition and analysis of complex and large datasets.
- PUMA / Concerto.
- MATLAB (modeling and scripting).
