As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Headquarter Amstelveen (on site with a Dutch employment contract), you are the focal point for everyone who gives their best every day. Highly important requirement for the job:
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of individual and collective labor law and the market in the Netherlands or in Belgium
Your daily work:- First point of contact and responsibility for building a strong relationship with managers in the countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and France
- Supporting managers in planning and implementation of organizational measures, as well as on their HR and leadership topics
- Responsible for HR work along the employee life cycle and for constant process optimization
- Implementing the HR strategy for the support area in collaboration with the Competence Center
- Leading and supporting projects, if required large-scale HR projects, e.g. HR processes and HR digitalization
- Ensuring that the management of the support area is informed and advised on all personnel, social, labor law and HR policy matters
- Advising and training colleagues on HR guidelines, standards and processes & tools
Job Requirements
Your HR-expertise Matters:
- A degree in economics, law, psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in an (international) corporation
- Confident use of common IT applications and preferably Personio
- Experience in managing projects and initial experience in creating new structures and processes
