About the vacancy:

The HR Administrator (HRIS Superuser) performs administrative and coordinative HR tasks and works as the dedicated Superuser of our HR Information Systems (Cornerstone & eLoomi). You are an integral part of the Dutch Corporate HR team and the contact person for multiple stakeholders in the HR team locally and abroad.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Collects, processes and manages all local personnel data and ensures accurate and concise records during all phases of the employee journey
  • Supports recruitment and onboarding efforts administratively
  • Schedules internal and external trainings in close cooperation with the L&D department as well as trainers and participants
  • Compiles and maintains various HR & Learning Reports generated by the HRIS's
  • Gains a deep understanding of our HRISs and develops into the Superuser role, making sure that data and organizational structures are mapped correctly and are maintained
  • Ensures the systems are being prepared for the yearly performance management, succession planning as well as compensation rounds, course offerings are up to date, and functionalities are being explained to employees and managers (user support)

Please note working from our Breda office is required 4 times / week.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, business administration or comparable subjects
  • Experience in a comparable HR role, such HR Administrator, HR Officer, etc.
  • First experiences as an HRIS Superuser are a big plus
  • Structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • IT affinity and interest in learning to use and administer new HR Software Applications
  • Professional communication skills
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
