Vacancy for Hotel Manager, Dubai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and support department heads across various functions, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Recreation, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Management team to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hotel’s offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Drive and maintain a strong guest feedback culture, promptly addressing any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead by example, embodying the hotel's values, and inspiring employees to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Degree in Hospitality Management from a recognised institute with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Leadership, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal capabilities; attention to detail, along with the ability to supervise and work well with a team, are key attributes and competencies sought.
• Will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the entire Resort/property operation, covering financial results, service standards, staff management, and overall goal achievement.
