Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Administration Officer for Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) in Eindhoven.
As an Administration Officer, you are responsible for coordinating and planning the incoming and outgoing flow of goods. You maintain an overview of the entire logistics movement, including all administrative tasks such as creating packing slips, waybills, pallet labels, and other required documentation. Accurate registration in the system is essential, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards for quality, safety, and the environment (such as ISO standards).
You will have frequent contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers regarding deliveries, changes, and any discrepancies. In addition, you’ll ensure the most suitable mode of transport and maintain close contact with the warehouse, which serves as a point of contact for drivers when loading, unloading, and verifying documents. You work meticulously, possess strong communication skills, and take the initiative to resolve issues early and meet customer expectations.
This is an English-speaking position.

Functie-eisen
- MBO 4 or higher level of education and thinking
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment
- Experience in logistics administrative tasks and with planning
- Availability of 36 hours per week
In addition, you have the ability to function effectively in a dynamic office environment and handle changing and sometimes high-pressure situations well. You are stress-resistant, take initiative, and work in a customer-focused manner. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
