- Assisting the Guest Relations Supervisor with daily operations.
- Reviewing arrival lists to personally welcome guests
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries
- Providing information about the local area
- Anticipating guest needs and building lasting relationships
- Handling customer complaints and escalating to (front office) management as needed
- Responding to all guest feedback (both positive and negative) and ensuring improvements are made
- Managing the quality, consistency, presentation, and service of Guest Relations

Job Requirements

- Have completed an education in hotel or leisure management (MBO).

- have a flexible, and positive approach.
- Are problem-solvers who likes to take on challenges.
- Have great communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
