Vacature Functional Analyst SAP Materials Management in Haelen

In January of this year, the organization went live with SAP S/4 HANA. They are currently undergoing a major upgrade to the latest version, followed by further rollouts in various countries. As an Analyst, you play a crucial role in this project, serving as a key link between Business and IT. Processes related to Materials Management play a vital role in this company. They are partly a trading company, working with MM Toll manufacturing, SAP Subcon, MRP, ATP, and storage locations. They adhere to clear laws and regulations and strict rules.

They are looking for an Analyst who can effectively identify business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. You will then coordinate with SAP consultants and ABAP programmers. It is highly appreciated if you can look beyond module boundaries with an integrated perspective. You will carry out testing activities, guide implementations, and train users.

• Discussing with business process owners and analyze wishes, requirements and issues about the processes; 
• Assisting the business in setting up business requirements;
• Creating a business requirement document;
• Clarify the desired solution, discuss the solution with consultants/developers and making adjustments if necessary;
• Monitoring developments within SAP and advising the organization about the opportunities;
• Coordinating test activities;
• Guiding implementations;
• Providing training;
• Participating in various projects and contributing to process optimizations;
• Visiting other locations, including internationally (up to 4 times a year).

• You have extensive experience with processes related to Materials Management. Experience with ERP is a requirement. Experience with SAP is a significant plus;
• You have extensive experience in an analytical role where you serve as a key link between Business & IT;
• You have experience with Subcontracting;
• You have experience with MRP and ATP;
• You speak English fluently;
• You enjoy visiting other locations a few times a year, including internationally.
