Functieomschrijving- Develop engine diagnostic and torque & speed functions for heavy-duty diesel and hydrogen engines.
- Handle generic service diagnostics, OBD requirements, torque & speed requirements, data streaming, and system reactions for engines and aftertreatment.
- Collaborate with technical experts to define customer, service, and legal requirements.
- Set up FMEA, risk mitigation plans, and follow up on necessary actions.
- Manage software development, testing, calibration, and validation plans.
- Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution, providing improvement proposals.
- Create technology roadmaps for future projects and advanced technology.
Functie-eisen- Master's degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in engine torque & speed and diagnostics, including OBD.
- Proven leadership in a technical team environment.
- Six Sigma experience is mandatory (FMEA, DMAIC, fishbone, boundary, and P-diagram).
- Knowledge of DNG and Plato tools is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
