Job Description
Front Office Night AuditorAs a Renaissance Front Office Night Auditor you will operate the hotel in the different departments during the late evening and overnight hours. You will welcome our guests at the front office with a friendly, authentic approach and assist them with smooth check-ins/-outs, questions and requests. Furthermore, you will be in charge of checking financial and administrative reports and overall ensuring the security in the hotel. - Welcoming the guests and taking care of check-ins and -outs by providing personalised service towards our guests
- Demonstrating knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel
- Anticipating guests needs, handle guest requests and complaints
- Providing housekeeping service and delivering room service
- Preparing and checking financial and administrative reports
- Conduct fire and safety rounds
- Handle reservations on Opera

- Will work around 2 or 3 night shifts average per week (23.00 – 07.00)
- Can communicate in English (and preferably in Dutch)
- Have experience with a reservation system (preferably Opera)
- Have a passion for hospitality
