About the vacancy:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible and sustainable solution that meet customer needs and for supporting development across the entire product life cycle.
What will you do?
Explore Markets and Users:
- Ensures that solutions deliver maximum business benefits.
- Able to apply market segments and defines solutions of the most appealing segments.
- Able to understand end-users needs.
Connect with Customers:
- Able to adopt a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to apply design thinking. Ensuring that solutions are desirable, viable and feasible.
Define Product Strategy, vision and Roadmaps:
- Able to align strategy to business objectives.
- Ensures continuously refines and communicates the product vision to all stakeholders.
- Able to translate the vision into manageable roadmaps that guides implementation.
Manage and Prioritize Product Features:
- Ensures features contain clear benefit hypotheses and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously align with the stakeholders on priorities of the features based on economic drivers.
Deliver Value:
- Leverage the continuous delivery pipeline to release value with optimal market timing in balance with the goals of the company.
- Ensures solutions meet a wide range of Customer needs, engaging end-user experiences.
Who are we looking for?
- You have background and passion for logistics.
- You are willing to travel and spend time abroad.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate on different levels.
- More than 10 years relevant experience.
