• Design and implement firmware for FPGA-based systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Conduct system trade-off studies to determine the best implementation strategies.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate FPGA designs.
• Troubleshoot and debug during system integration, addressing issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the product.
• Participate as an FPGA Firmware Designer in a multidisciplinary design team.
• Define and document FPGA firmware design requirements and specifications.
• Perform trade-off studies to determine the optimal implementation scenario for new or modified functions.
• Execute tests to ensure the firmware meets all specified requirements.
• Address and resolve IP-block issues during system integration.
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of reliability and performance issues.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in designing programmable logic firmware.
• Proficiency in VHDL design language.
• Strong technical knowledge of programmable logic and digital design.
• Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in dynamic multidisciplinary teams.
