We are looking for a self-motivated and hands-on field maintenance engineer interested in nano-precision EBPG systems and the world of NanoFabrication. We value people who use their own judgment and perform best when given space and freedom.

• Manage and report assigned customer incidents including periodic maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install new systems and provide customer training.
• Work closely with the production and design departments.
• Travel regionally and internationally, including abroad.
• Prepare for upcoming missions and perform support functions when not traveling.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the technical field, strong knowledge of electronics (analogue and digital) and (good) mechanics.
• At least 5 years experience as a (maintenance) engineer with complex instruments used in a semiconductor environment.
• computer and software (Linux); knowledge of electron optics, high voltage and vacuum technology is a bonus.
• Passion, reasoning and a customer-focused attitude are essential for freelance work in about six months.
• Good English language skills and desire to travel, communicate with people from different cultures.
