We are looking for a self-driven and hands-on Field Service Engineer who is passionate about nano-precision EBPG systems and nanofabrication technology.
Manage and report on assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
Install new systems and train customers
Collaborate closely with the production and engineering departments
Travel regionally and internationally (overseas)
Prepare for upcoming tasks and perform support activities when not traveling
Functie-eisen
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field with solid knowledge of electronics (analog and digital) and proficiency in (fine) mechanics
5 years of experience as a (service) engineer in complex instrumentation used in a semiconductor environment
Strong PC and software (Linux) skills are essential; knowledge of electron optics, high voltage, and vacuum technology is a plus
Proactive mindset and drive to understand and operate complex machines and programs
Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time
