FunctieomschrijvingAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing our tools and supporting customer installations worldwide. You'll also be a key player in building our service organization as we scale up.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing tools at customer sites or in our cleanroom
- Responding to service requests remotely or on-site within agreed timeframes
- Executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Documenting all progress and maintaining service work instructions
- Building new sub-modules and test fixtures for small projects
- Tracking service requests and coordinating with colleagues where necessary
Functie-eisen- Relevant technical education (MTS or Bachelor) with at least 5 years of experience in a high-tech environment
- Expertise in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, software, and basic chemical processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with complex systems in cleanrooms
- Ability to work hands-on, diagnose, and configure tools (Beckhoff TC knowledge is a plus)
- Flexibility to travel (10-50%) and work irregular hours
- Fluent in English
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
