As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work independently and hands-on with our nano-precision EBPG systems. Your responsibilities include:

Managing and reporting on customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
Installing new systems and training customers
Collaborating closely with production and engineering departments
Traveling regionally and internationally
Preparing tasks and providing support when not traveling

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field with solid knowledge of electronics and fine mechanics
5 years of experience as a (service) engineer in complex instrumentation within the semiconductor industry
Strong PC and software (Linux) knowledge; familiarity with electron optics, high voltage, and vacuum technology is a plus
Passion, deductive capability, and a customer-driven attitude to work independently after about six months
Proactive mindset and drive to understand and operate complex machines and programs
Ability to meet deadlines, even under pressure
Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel and work with people from various cultures
Customer-focused, persistent, and diplomatic skills are required
Ability to work independently and contribute to a stronger team by sharing knowledge and participating in projects
