F&B BartenderOur Renaissance Bartender ensures a smooth running of the day-to-day Bar operation in our venues and great team work to create a unique and personalised guest experience in our Bar ‘XPLORE', and in our Restaurant ‘Signature'. You will be in charge of recreating the drinks on our bar's menu and interacting with our guests. Our successful bartender will welcome our guests with a friendly, authentic approach, creating a unique and personalised guest experience. Your day will consist of
- Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
- Preparing and serving beverages to our guests, making recommendations and upselling
- Record transactions in the system Micros
- Opening or closing a shift
- Stock control
- Food safety & HACCP compliance
- Taking care of the equipment used
- Sharing your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues
Job Requirements
You…
- Live life to Discover
- Are motivated to chase a career as a Bartender. Experience is a plus but if not, we will arrange trainings to teach you all the tips and tricks to become an experienced bartender
- Have a passion & knowledge for all things Beverage related: Spirits, Beers, Cocktails, Coffee/Tea, etc.
- Can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus but not a must)
- Bring your personal style to every experience
- Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
- Are ready to take a BIG challenge to further develop yourself
