Your job as a Special Pricing Expert
The Expert Special Pricing will manage, develop and coordinate Sales back-office activities related to Special Pricing. In this role, you ensure special pricing proposals meet financial and strategic objectives across the EMEA region. Your work is based on data, processes, and consistency, not guesswork. You support internal decision-making with reliable analyses and fact-based pricing strategies. Your key tasks include:

• validating special pricing requests for compliance and financial viability;
• supporting sales teams with structured, data-driven deal analysis;
• analyzing pricing policies and identifying areas for process improvement;
• maintaining tools, models, and dashboards to optimize pricing consistency.

Your workplace
You’ll be part of an expert pricing team that values accuracy, process thinking, and collaboration. You’ll work with 7 professionals who appreciate thoroughness and structure. This international company offers a quiet, well-organized, and professional environment, where expectations are clear and quality standards are high. You will report to the Senior Manager Sales & Pricing and collaborate across departments with a shared focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position. Expect at least two structured office days per week.

What do you bring to the table?
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, facts, and defined goals. You’re precise, logical, and excel at managing complexity without losing sight of the details. For this role, you bring:

• a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics;
• at least 5 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or financial analysis;
• high proficiency in Excel and pricing software (ERP/CPQ systems preferred);
• fluency in English; being methodical and structured in communication is key.
