Currently we are looking for a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will support the success of individual yet interrelated projects and help oversee and coordinate various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across the organization that support our ND strategy.
The role is for 40 hours per week, looking for someone from October on. The contract is for 9 months to start with.
What does the role involve?
- Work cross-functionally to ensure our Nike Direct & Marketplace Partners business is set up for success to deliver our business priorities.
- Guiding teams through change due to a fast-evolving landscape, and ensuring we bring our consumer journeys to life for our EMEA consumers across our marketplace touchpoints.
- Facilitate discussions, impact mapping conversations and guide decision making as well as escalations around business impact incl regulatory impact
- Work with business functions, data and technology teams on business planning and roadmap delivery against requirements based on compliancy, consumer, environmental and business value
- Drive decision making based on the consumer, environmental and business value through business cases and a clear KPI framework
- Coordinates and leads project teams to build and deliver new capabilities as well as scale existing capabilities
- Responsible for aligning key cross functional stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities
