As an Electronics Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our system engineering group, specializing in electronics for our electron beam lithography system. Collaborating within our engineering department, you will contribute to sustaining, industrializing, and advancing technologies critical to our products.

• Lead the industrialization process for new or modified electronic modules integrated into the system.
• Work closely with suppliers to redesign outdated electronics and integrate new designs from R&D, ensuring optimal manufacturability and quality.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks during production, across our factory and supply chain, as well as at customer sites.
• Implement strategies to enhance product functionality and reliability, overseeing electronics verification and repair processes.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and communicate progress effectively within project teams.
• Contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at structural and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on ensuring manufacturability in electronic design.
• Hands-on experience with Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation across high and low frequency noise sources.
• Broad technical curiosity including familiarity with vacuum technology, high voltage systems, and precision mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Competitive salary ranging from €3,800.00 to €5,500.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
