Job Description

You will be working with a friendly, international, motivated team and will work together to develop our full potential and ensure we all provide genuine heartfelt care to our all guest.
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?
As a Duty Manager Intern you make sure the daily operation of the hotel runs smoothly and you help out where needed, you are like a spider in its web. During the stay of our guest, you are the to go person for any questions and you are not afraid to proactively approach guest. Furthermore, you will be performing the pre arrival/arrival process of our VIP guests. These tasks will be performed during the day and in the evening.
You are responsible for giving our guests the 'wow' factor when they stay with us. You create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that everything is just right, and the expectations of our guests are exceeded. This means that you will have to deal with complaint handling as well. You do this by working efficiently and knowing about everything in the hotel. Make sure you do everything with a personal touch.
- You'll be responsible for making the guests' stay memorable
- You'll handle administrative tasks which will to be handled throughout the shift
- You'll blow away the guests with your sparkling personality
- You'll oversee and assist the Guest Service department
- You'll be present at the daily social hour to interact with the guests
Job Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SUPER STAR INTERN
- An energetic & spontaneous person
- That enjoys working in front of the guests and in flexible shifts
- Who handles guest requests or complaints in a ridiculously personal way
- That can communicate with the guests in English fluently
- You're looking for a 6 month (or longer) management internship
