Job Description

You will be working with a friendly, international, motivated team and will work together to develop our full potential and ensure we all provide genuine heartfelt care to our all guest.Your Responsibilities:
- Maintaining mise en place for smooth service operations.
- Preparing high-quality culinary dishes and components mainly consisting of fresh ingredients.
- Finalizing dishes by portioning, plating, performing à la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and checking presentation.
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of products/ingredients/raw materials, ensuring freshness and proper handling.
- Assigning and allocating tasks, providing instructions/guidance/supervision, and monitoring progress and execution quality in the respective section.
- Ensuring coordination with service, maintaining continuous alignment and communication with the service team.
- Contributing to menu changes/updates, and the development of recipes, garnishes, etc.
- Cleaning/tidying up the work environment, kitchen equipment, and other work materials.
Who are you?
- A passionate storyteller with a love for cooking.
- Brings a minimum of 1 year of culinary experience to the table.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.
- Enjoys connecting with people through personalized service.
- Remains calm under pressure and recovers quickly from setbacks.
- Goal-oriented and maintains focus even under difficult circumstances.
