Job Description
As an Equipment Engineer you will play a vital role in our laboratory and future production environment, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance and qualification of our equipment. Your expertise and technical skills will be essential in supporting our processes while ensuring compliance within regulatory requirements. This hands-on role requires strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with a passion for maintaining high quality standards.

- Equipment maintenance;
- Analyze performance data, troubleshooting, (small) repairs, preventive scheduling, identify and rectify breakdowns, reduce downtime, trending;
- Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams;
- Ensure accurate documentation including qualifications, report and standard operating procedures (SOP);
- Contact with vendors, scheduling appointments, ordering parts and equipment for appropriate pricing;
- SOP implementations and user training when required (facilities related);
- Support regulatory audits related to equipment maintenance;
- Monitor and review (pre)installation of equipment;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and regulatory changes related to equipment engineering in the pharmaceutical field.
Job Requirements
- MBO-level degree (mechanical, electrical or related field);
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical instrumentation (familiarity with GMP setting);
- Basic understanding of equipment validations;
- Experience in analytical equipment maintenance;
- Documentation writing and proper administration;
- Experience with regulatory audits;
- Nice to have experience in HSE and HPLC System.
