Working hours
You will be working from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs.

In this role, you'll work closely with Service Engineers, coordinate tool transport, and ensure all necessary equipment is available on-site. Manpower is looking for a Service Work Planner for our client in Rotterdam.

As a Service Work Planner, your responsibilities include:

• Cooperating with Service Engineers team in terms of scheduling their job for the clients
• Collaborating with warehouse to be ensured on site team has all needed tools.
• Coordinating transport of big tools to the job location
• Tracking tools in the system
• Monitoring of the tolls certification

• Gross salary between €3,500.- and €5,000.- per month 
• Reimbursement of travel costs
• Full-time job of 40 hours a week

Functie-eisen

• At minimum a high school degree
• At least four years of experience in scheduling jobs, with at least two years in the production industry, preferably in the transformers area
• Good communication skills and a good command of both Dutch and English
• Experience in working with MS Office, primarily MS Excel (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
• CV in English
