For our esteemed client in Houten, we are seeking a dynamic customer service specialist to join our team. This role offers 32 to 40 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.


Your responsibilities will include:

You will be a key contact for our customers, managing their needs from A to Z in the transport of their goods. You will build long-term trust relationships and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.


In addition, your role includes:

  • Identifying problems and providing solutions;
  • Preparing detailed reports for customers;
  • Maintaining contact with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

After the initial training period, it is certainly possible to work partially from home.


Wat vragen wij?

What we ask:

  • You have an MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have experience in a customer-oriented role;
  • You have a good command of Dutch, and proficiency in English is an added advantage.


Who are you?

  • You work accurately;
  • You are customer-oriented and can empathise well with the wishes and needs of the customer.


What We Offer:

  • A contract where you are directly employed by our client;
  • An attractive salary ranging from €2,600 to €3,250;
  • The possibility to work from home;
  • As many as 25 holidays + 14 additional leave days (ATV) per year based on a full-time position (40 hours);
