For our esteemed client in Houten, we are seeking a dynamic customer service specialist to join our team. This role offers 32 to 40 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be a key contact for our customers, managing their needs from A to Z in the transport of their goods. You will build long-term trust relationships and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
In addition, your role includes:
- Identifying problems and providing solutions;
- Preparing detailed reports for customers;
- Maintaining contact with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

What we ask:
- You have an MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
- You have experience in a customer-oriented role;
- You have a good command of Dutch, and proficiency in English is an added advantage.

What We Offer:
- A contract where you are directly employed by our client;
- An attractive salary ranging from €2,600 to €3,250;
