Are you analytically strong, communicative, and eager to contribute to sustainable solutions within a leading international company? As a Customer Service Analyst at Dow in Terneuzen, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market data, improving customer relationships, and supporting the commercial team.

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for managing customer and market data, supporting the commercial team, and improving customer relationships. You will analyze data, respond to customer requests, and contribute to process optimization and sustainable improvements. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal teams to realize innovative solutions that contribute to Dow’s climate goals.

Here’s what you can expect:
  • Gross salary ranging from €2,800 to €3,400 (based on experience)
  • Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer (up to 75 km one-way)
  • A full-time job of 40 hours per week

Functie-eisen
You are a proactive and analytical colleague with:
  • A completed HBO education (chemical background is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role via email or phone
  • Excellent command of English (an additional European language, such as French, German, Spanish, or Dutch, is a plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Skills in prioritizing and managing complex workloads
