Working hours and hybrid work
You will work from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:30 or from 09:00 to 17:30. After a successful onboarding period, there is an option to work from home two days a week.

Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Agent for CEVA Logistics in Schiphol-Rijk.

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our export customers. You ensure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally, building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with a dedicated team of colleagues to ensure smooth daily customer support.

Your responsibilities

  • Answering questions and handling complaints via phone, email, and chat, according to established SLAs
  • Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Accurately recording customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to solve complex issues and inform customers in a timely manner
  • Contributing to achieving individual and team objectives regarding customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Dit neem je mee
  • At least an MBO diploma
  • Experience in customer service or a similar customer service environment
  • Good command of English and German due to job responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to quickly switch between different tasks and priorities
  • Able to provide a VBG (Certificate of No Objection)

It’s also a plus if you live near Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, or Diemen, as this will save you commuting time!
